Quotes
Written quotes are valid for 30 days. A quote covers only the work it lists. If conditions on site differ materially from what was described or observed, we stop and re-quote before continuing rather than adding charges after the fact.
Verbal estimates given over the phone are indicative. The written quote governs.
Booking and cancellation
Bookings are confirmed by phone or email. Cancel more than 24 hours before the window at no charge. Inside 24 hours, or if nobody is present at the address, a call-out fee equal to the zone dispatch rate applies.
Access and site conditions
You are responsible for safe, legal vehicle access to the work area and for identifying private services — irrigation, buried cable, septic — before excavation. We locate public utilities as required by law.
Payment
Payment is due on completion unless an account has been agreed in writing. Scrap vehicle purchases are paid to you at pickup. Overdue accounts accrue interest at 1.5 percent per month.
Warranty
Workmanship on concrete flat work is warranted for five years against defects caused by our installation. Tire and detailing work is warranted for 90 days. Warranty does not cover damage from ground movement, de-icing salt, vehicle loading beyond the specified rating, third-party alteration, or ordinary wear.
Hairline surface cracking in concrete is a normal property of the material and is not a defect unless it exceeds the tolerance in the applicable standard.
Liability
Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the work in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Vehicle disposal
By selling a vehicle to us you confirm that you are the registered owner or authorised to sell, that the vehicle is free of finance and liens, and that it contains no personal property you wish to keep. We are not responsible for items left in a disposed vehicle.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the province in which the work is performed.
