Built one truck at a time
Four service divisions, one dispatcher, and a service radius we can actually cover properly.
One yard, four trades
Northcore started in 2009 as a single mobile tire truck working evenings. The concrete division came three years later, after too many customers asked whether we knew someone who could do their driveway.
Today four crews run out of the same yard. They share a dispatcher, a maintenance bay and a standard for what an acceptable finish looks like. That is the whole idea: you get a specialist crew, but you only keep one number in your phone.
We are deliberately local. Everything inside a 60 kilometre radius of Metro City, nothing outside it. It is the only way to promise a two-hour callback and mean it.
Four rules we do not bend
The quote is the price
If we missed something, that is our problem, not a change order. The only time a number moves is when you ask for different work.
We say no to bad jobs
Sidewall punctures do not get patched. Concrete does not get poured onto frozen ground. Turning work down is cheaper than warranty work.
Someone answers the phone
A dispatcher, in the yard, during posted hours. Not a call centre and not a chatbot pretending to be one.
You approve before we invoice
The crew walks the finished work with you. If it is not right, it gets fixed before anyone talks about payment.
Work from across the four divisions
A cross-section of recent jobs, from the pour to the handover.
